Lou-City Penthouse by Hollyhock Suites

Perfect! Positive: My family and I travel a lot, with 6 or 7 kids and 4 adults, and have stayed at a fair bit of rental locations. This stay was by far the best, not only was the location amazing, and the suite beautiful, but the hosts were spot on responding to me and were very generous and kind about everything I troubled them with!!! I have never met a nicer host!!!! I wish I could give them more stars!!! This rental was fully stocked with everything you could need or want, our suite was the cleanest suite ive ever stayed in, and the beds and sheets were so very soft!!!! Also the view of the city from our room was spectacular! I highly recommend this for literally anyone!!! 1000/10!!!! We look forward to booking with these hosts for future visits!!!!

Nice but didn’t like the taking out thr trash and loading and starting the washer and dishwasher. Positive: View, everything was nice in there. Negative: That we had to wipe down the cabinets, put the towels in the washer and start it , same with dishes and worst that we had to take out the trash and there were no bins where it said so we are going back and forth trying to see where to put it. And no one answers the phone to the property!!!

Misleading description for a very expensive accommodation. Very disappointing Positive: Location was excellent for restaurants. There was NO breakfast offered. Dry oatmeal packs and granola bars only. Pitiful. Coffee was very good. Negative: Bedding was ridiculous. Said they slept 9. There were 2 decent beds, 2 twin bunks, 3 mattresses on the floor in a loft. We arrived to wet towels in the dryer, poop in the toilet, and trash in the waste can. Last morning we were locked into the apartment due to a malfunctioning door lock and almost had to cal 911.
