The Stay was great, unique downtown Penthouse with ammenities. The only downside in mind is the building itself, which is out of the owners control. Really tight hallways, construction on the first floor, elevator stopped working during the stay etc..

Overall, the stay was enjoyable.
Positive: Location, large kitchen/great room, outdoor seating, next to garage - all pluses.
Negative: All the beds were incredibly hard, although the host did try to provide mattress toppers. The showers could use some kind of shelf for products. Master TV was turning on by itself at random times.

You will be hard pressed to find a better setup in Louisville! The Suite easily fit 6 grown adults with plenty of space for everyone. It's such a great location with easily walk able access to local eateries and distilleries.
